If I could I would have given them 0 stars! I went out today doing some errands. So I stopped at Work'N'Gear. They had one employee alone in the store. At the cashier, I asked her for help, and she was not very helpful. As I was shopping for a new uniform. And in the middle of it needed to go to the bathroom. I asked the girl if I could use their bathroom and she said "no". I asked her why? She said it was store policy to not allow a customer. I was already holding on as I wanted to get the uniform first. I agree with everyone saying that the employees aren’t nice. I placed an in-store pickup, and received an email that there was an issue with my order and to call the store. When I called the store, the associate was very rude and acted bothered that I even called. She told me that she didn’t know how to access the online orders and I’d have to call back on Monday (three days from the time of the call) to talk to someone that knows how to do it. A little smaller than the one in Nashua but they had better selection for work boots.
Customer service is poor. Person on duty not helpful whatso ever. Acted as though she was being bothered by question. Will NOT shop there again ~
