Bad experience with special order and customer service I placed a special order for size 6.5 shoes at this store, trusting the promise of delivery in two weeks. The employee who assisted me recorded the payment and gave me a receipt. However, after returning several times to check the status of my order, I only received contradictory and confusing answers. The lady that works here is beyond rude I can’t believe she has a job they obviously don’t look at reviews I tried to exchange some boots for a bigger size and she said well we probably don’t even have them and idk why your returning at a different store like lady why do you care why you working in retail at 65 loser won’t be back
There was one employee who was exceptionally rude. She followed me around the store with a nasty attitude, and her passive-aggressive behavior made me feel very unwelcome. I ended up returning the scrubs because I no longer wanted them, so I went back to the store. When I did, she gave me a dirty look and asked why I was returning them. I explained that I was no longer interested. I don't plan on making any purchases if she's present. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name.
Shout out to Becky for her amazing customer service and helping me with my online account to maximize my savings. We truly appreciate her patience and will frequent this location just because of her! Mr. & Mrs. Dirany
