My mom went in there during Christmas time and made a purchase of some Carhartt work pants for my brother. I went to return them a couple weeks later for her because she lives all the way up in Maine and they didn’t fit. The manager Steven told me I couldn’t return them without her card and her being present. Keep in mind just wanted to put the money back on the card not store credit not cash back. The manager, Steven is the best manager ever because he works so hard and make the store so nice and clean. He also help very well and awesome customer service
Went to the store and while there spent about 10 minutes waiting for the store employee for assistance. It appears that his phone call was more important than helping his customer. While he was on the phone I requested the use of the men’s restroom. His response was there was not one. Great customer service. Time to walk out of the store. I was there to purchase 4 pairs of pants and 4 work shirts. Will be going to store with better customer service. Only reason for the two stars was the store was open
