Terrible service experience before Thanksgiving. I replaced my bike tube here just a month ago for $10, and it broke again. This time, the bearded staff member charged me double the price（26$） without giving any plausible explanation. He showed no intention to help, no sympathy towards my long way to bringing my broken bikes here. He was totally uncooperative, and spoke with a very arrogant attitude. I have been into this shop on many occasions often for small items. They have always been friendly and polite with mechanics that know their stuff. Today I came in with two high-end rear wheels that I had retaped for tubeless. All I needed was shot of air in each one to get the bead to seat (I don't have a pancake compressor at home).
