Literally probably one of the most frustrating places I've ever been to. Always make you wait OVER AN HR TO BE SEEN, sure the ladies that assist are friendly and nice but one person will tell you one thing and then another will tell you something else. No one is barely every on the same page. A total of 3 DIFFERENT doctor's saw me for ONE INJURY, which just made me uncomfortable. The Hispanic receptionist, I think her name is Leslie has bad attitude, every time I would ask for help she would roll her eyes and answer with an attitude. I did not feel welcome, I felt uncomfortable. Needs to improve her attitude. She was rude to several patients that came in after me, no manners. I don't know how people like this get hired. Hope it changes soon.
They make you wait a hour or more if you are a walkin or have an appointment. They act very unprofessional.
After the changed companies the care by the PAs went downhill.
