This place is horrible. They do not assist you in anyway whatsoever. Unfortunately, I had to see them as they were the only place local that took my employer workers comp claim. It's been about 6months and no progress has been made in trying to get me physical therapy. Of course workers comp could not move forward if the drs office is unresponsive and wont provide the proper paperwork. Doctor does not care about you at all, waited 3 hours to be seen just for doctor to tell me my injury was “not work related”
Worst service I got in my life, my mom had an injury at her work place and we had to come her they are incompetent and don't know what being a human is they don't care about you or your feelings it looks like they literally hate their job
These poor people are overworked and undervalued. They don’t have time for patients and can’t really answer questions. And since they’re constantly rushed, small details are missed causing larger backups.
They don't know what privacy means. Doctor and nurse talking back and forth about the patient, everyone in lobby was privy to my info. I will be lodging a complaint with the state board
