Worst service I got in my life, my mom had an injury at her work place and we had to come her they are incompetent and don't know what being a human is they don't care about you or your feelings it looks like they literally hate their job
These poor people are overworked and undervalued. They don’t have time for patients and can’t really answer questions. And since they’re constantly rushed, small details are missed causing larger backups.
They don't know what privacy means. Doctor and nurse talking back and forth about the patient, everyone in lobby was privy to my info. I will be lodging a complaint with the state board
I had to re locate to Paradise due to injurying my back from my place of work .This location was my only choice .I am extreamily thankful for all the cooperation and care from all the staff here .Doctor Kurt is a fantastic person and has been wonderful for me .It isnt easy recovering from injuries and its very helpful to have those around you who understand when recovering .God bless them all and thank you .Aaron
