Product came damaged, then had to wait over a month for new product to be sent out and refused to give me a refund !!
Terrible customer service we looked at purchasing some of the products through a very rude gent named Leon. Acted as if we were stupid and showed us no respect on our visit to his store!!! Will not be going here again.
We used Worcester Timber for the first time today. We may not have had the largest purchases, but the staff were excellent from start to finish and even carried and loaded everything into the car for us. Thank you. We will be sure to use you again.
