A fantastic experience. I have purchased a few bikes many many years ago from them. They have just repaired my bike under warranty (I didn't even buy the bike from them) Amazing customer service and knowledgeable staff. Great experience 5 Stars. We will definitely be returning.
Staff friendly but no advice given, I am 182cm tall but they recommended me to buy MTB XXL frame, or even when sent them emails no one bother to reply, I ment to use my cycle to work scheme voucher there but changed my mind.
