텔러나 직원들은 그런대로 친절하고 좋은데 위에서 관리가 너무 않되서 ATM 도 너무 자주 고장나고 너무 불편하다고 거의모든 손님들이 컴프레인하는데도 제대로 시정도 않되고 온라인 app도 제대로 않되고 뜬금없이 verify하라고하고 answer하면 않되고 다른미국은행은 그렇게 verify 하라고 요구않하는데 유독 우리은행은 매번 요구해서 너무 불편하다
제일 불친절함. 안되는게 많음.
Swift and amicable service, had no issue resolving some matters with my bank account. I’m going to be honest though, they do judge based on your appearance/attire. Also highly recommend you know how to speak Korean, it would make communication much easier.
