The employee working today, wearing a polka dot shirt with short hair, was one of the most unprofessional individuals I have encountered. In my past visits, interactions have generally been positive; however, the two employees I dealt with today were notably disrespectful. ATM has operating hours and their android app can't do shit, and their website is asking me to use bigger screen to get connected?? Really? What a joke.... WOORI MART should acquire this location and teach them how community bank should work.( thought woori bank is part of woori mart's subsidiaries).

Please don’t come here. They take advantage of its own Korean-American. For instance, they charge over 11.5% fee when you exchange the Korean currency. 여기 오지마세요. 자기 이익을 위해서 자국민들 동포분들 돈 뜨더가요. 예로 환율 할때 수수료 11.5% 이상 받아요. 차라리 Bank of America 정 아니면 Shinhan America 쓰세요. 특히 나이 드신분들 피하세요.
