Please don’t come here. They take advantage of its own Korean-American. For instance, they charge over 11.5% fee when you exchange the Korean currency. 여기 오지마세요. 자기 이익을 위해서 자국민들 동포분들 돈 뜨더가요. 예로 환율 할때 수수료 11.5% 이상 받아요. 차라리 Bank of America 정 아니면 Shinhan America 쓰세요. 특히 나이 드신분들 피하세요.
The woman working at the front desk teller was very rude, speaking to customers in a disrespectful tone. Her attitude upset me so bad, and I felt really uncomfortable. She kept telling me what to do in a condescending manner, and while doing so, she was chatting with her colleague without saying excuse me, leaving the service in complete disarray. Stay away from this bank as far as possible !!! Plus be aware!! the ATM on the street is only accessible during the bank's business hours.....
This must be the worst bank ever! Customer service harasses you over the phone and wastes your time without solution. Expensive fees and extra charges for everything now. This bank is no longer what it was 10 years ago, better banks all over Fort Lee with more branches.
