우리은행을 오랫동안 이용해왔던 고객입니다. 참다 참다가 리뷰를 올립니다. 버지니아에있는 두군데 지점 모두다 ATM서비스가 십중팔구는 작동을하지않고있어서 여러번 건의를했지만 마이동풍입니다. 우리은행이 한국은행으로서 자부심을 늘 갖고 이용을해왔으나 교포들에게 너무도 고자세와 무관심한 영업응대로 많은 교포들에게 원망과 실망을주고있는점을 여기에서 그치지않고 본사에 사장님과 본점에 직접 소비자불만을 전달하고 정식적인 사과를 받을 예정입니다. 버지니아에 지점에 어느누구도 책임있는 시정과 친절한 사과 한마디가없고 오거나 말거나하는 나몰라라하는 영업행태에대하여 반드시 책임을 물을것입니다. 시정이되고 진정한 사과가 되기전까지 포기하지않겠습니다.

문입구에서 오른쪽 첫번자리에 데스크있는 직원은 거짖말을 시도 때도 없이 하고, 책임감도 없고 불친절 한데 어떻게 은행은 그런직원을 채용했는지 미국 에서는 있을수 없는일이네요
이곳의 모든 근무자들은 친절합니다. 먼저 다가와서 무엇을 도와줄지 뭐가 필요한지 묻습니다. 또 매우 전문적인 업무 태도와 매너도 갖추고 있습니다. 한국의 우리은행이 미국에 있다는 것만으로도 뿌듯하고 자부심이 느껴집니다.
