Ordered a "build your own heart" box didn't get the the heart box and got an EMPTY case. You know how embarrassing that was on valentines day when my girl opened it? bamboozled ! Day ruined. Changed my review from 1 to 5. Although my box was empty. The staff made it to to me. Re made my box and everything. Gave me extra cookies and wife was happy again

Your store indicates that it closes at 9 pm, I went and when I’m still deciding the staff were seemed very rushed, claiming they are closing and I need to pick asap. I ended up not picking anything because your staff kept asking and rushing me to choose.
