Left 4 voice mails. They couldnt care less about returning or even answering. Very sad too see the state of that place.
Office full of typical government trolls just taking up space for a paycheck. Don't answer phones. Don't return voice mails or respond to emails but they want you to do your part within a narrow window of time. All by design so when you miss their deadline they can charge you some fee. Filed a formal complaint with Mayor Baldelli-Hunts office but most likely won't get any satisfaction.
Went to pay my ticket for the first time..I had an old lady and asked nicely why they didn't have a pay online system like providence. She laughed & tried to give me some "knowledge education" for next time, like if I don't know what I'm doing. Old lady I have a degree and not stuck working for the state. It's the lady in the corner don't go to her, she thinks she can put you down by how you look. And I was being nice the whole time & took her "knowledge" tips because I'm not trying to have my ticket not go through the syste... read more
