Amazing service, popped in this morning to look at a few bikes. Super friendly greeting as soon as I walked in, Victor was more than happy to help and chat through different options. He went above and beyond to find the right size and style of bike that would suit me the best. I had lots of questions and he was very patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
Friendly service with a smile from Michael. Bought a Specialized Riprock 24" for our child and was ready the next day. Exceptional quality bike with hydraulic brakes and sexy finish (brake cables through the frame instead of attached externally with cable ties like on Merida J24+ that we tried at a different store). Lucky to have a local store like this in the area
I've been buying bikes from Woolys Wheels for over 20 years now, but I had a particularly great interaction with them yesterday. I was cycling home from the city and got a bolt in my rear tyre - and unwisely removed it, causing a flat. The tyres are tubeless and I didn't have a repair kit with me. This was at Taylor Sq, and on my walk home I was lucky enough to pass Woolys Wheels - who were about to shut up shop, as it was 5:55pm on a Friday. Michael was very helpful with swapping my pedals for me quickly. helpful and friendly staff! Definitely recommend this place for repairs and all your bike needs.
