While there are always lions padding around the shop, resplendent in their evident fitness and expertise, in my experience the staff are as helpful and friendly to the unfit and inexperienced enthusiasts as they are to the champion cyclists. The Woolys team are extremely well knowledgeable and the service is fantastic. The store is well stocked and have everything you need. We have bought a couple of bikes from them and they have been able to answer all our noob questions. Keep up the awesome service.
