go faster for the drive
Not and single checkout open. Stacking up all your groceries and then putting a trolley full back in is a pain in the arse. And no I won't pay for bags.
They really need to do something about the delivery drivers,the truck drivers and the uber delivery drivers. In the last few weeks I have had wrong orders delivered and half of mine missing,missing bags of items that were just left at the shop and today most of my order not delivered. The drivers need to be more careful with checking before they leave the shop and when they deliver to your house.
Items on special never seem to be in stock, not enough manned checkouts open. Checkout staff can be very slow and more interested in talking instead of scanning items, while it's nice that staff are friendly it can be very annoying and frustrating waiting in line while they carry on a conversation and slowly scan groceries like it's not their first priority.
