arrived at 4pm on a saturday to the deli /fish counter to be told no fish as they have packed it all away by some young girl. I understand they have a minimum time to pack up but 4pm and they dont close till 5. where is the customer service , no wonder woolies are bottom of the table ! Will take my custom elsewhere ! No one on customer service to report to. When I spoke to lady on the Self serice, she just said on well and dismissed me ! b e a u t i f u l
I rang just after 12.10pm 08/Sept 2025 but got no answer and then the call was terminated, so I rang again unfortunately with the same call termination without anyone answering. Not any customer service on this occasion.
Poor stock level ,, rude staff ,, not enough movicol or adult diapers ,, no seniors discount !!!
workers here never know what they’re doing especially on checkout lady doesn’t even know how to refund and we were made to wait in a different line for a staff member who was on a break. annoying
Probably should check stock a bit better. Oacket of Saladas in my online order out of date by nearly 12 months. Woolworths TheFresh Food People????Not at Yanchep
