Had a click & collect slot booked for 4–5pm at Woolworths Yanchep. Drove straight down from school pickup, knowing I’d have a short wait… but now it’s been over an hour, and still no sign of my order. No updates. No staff contact. No one answers the phones. Honestly, what’s the point of offering time slots if you can’t actually meet them? Complete waste of time, really disappointing experience. Will shop at Coles from now on. Rude arrogant online ‘supervisor’! I just witnessed her arguing and recording a customer who was within their rights to go off! I have everything on my dash cam including what was said! The worker was VERY much in the wrong recording the customer and her car including her kid!
Had everyting that we needed to pick up no problems here !!!
