Items on special never seem to be in stock, not enough manned checkouts open. Checkout staff can be very slow and more interested in talking instead of scanning items, while it's nice that staff are friendly it can be very annoying and frustrating waiting in line while they carry on a conversation and slowly scan groceries like it's not their first priority.

I am lodging a formal complaint regarding repeated operational failure of the self-checkout exit gate system at your store. On multiple occasions, after completing a valid and successful transaction, I have been unable to exit the store due to the automated gate system failing to recognise completion of payment. Bought a cooked chicken to have for lunch, was completely raw in parts. Rang up to notify. Spoke to the manager over the phone and she couldnt care less, no offer for refund or to swap for another one. Would not recommend them.

I'm so done with their lack of care in storing goods. I go over everything when in there, but sometimes their mouldy, unsealed, or poorly stored range still makes it home. Costs more to drive back there for a refund but with current costs of food, they should be doing better than this.
