Tried the Scan & Go for the first time, never again , i do not recommend. Woolies treat u like a criminal. i scanned something, put it in the trolley, then the machine said we have cameras on the trolley or something. I read the scan & it did scan the item , then a voice over the speaker said something about anyone stealing. $45 of meat missing from my pick up order and they wont replace it because we didnt check the order when packing in the car. As a regular shower who spends a significant amount weekly im disgusted. If I was one who did it often I would understand but when ive previously had items missing they have been found in the fridge at the store so it was obvious it was missing. Cant afford to replace $45 of meat today.
