Why are the trolleys on the outside???? If you get a few more items than planned it is a real hassle to have to go back out through the checkouts, manned OR selfserve with your armful of groceries to get yourself a trolley, because no one else will get you one! I did ask and was told because it's easier for the trolley boy !!! REALLY!
Arrived at 8:20pm and sat in the waiting bay for my direct to boot order for 40 minutes until close and had to cancel. Didn't see a single soul, app worked fine. Knocked multiple times and I suspect I was seen on the camera but no one could be bothered to do their job. Waste of time.
I went into the store today at Yamanto asked for bags at checkout I was ignored so I asked again had dry goods put in with frozen and 2x loaves of bread left on the counter when I asked for another bag I got a grunt of disgust from the checkout operator her name was CAROL I left feeling very sad and upset by her attitude
