Visited the store Friday night at 7pm to get my weekend shopping done ahead of time. Got to the checkout, only self serve available. I then had to self check out my trolley full, EVEN after I asked the store manager to open a till to help! Absolutely fuming, wasnt even late and near closing! If I could give a no star rating I would.

It’s the 3rd time I use direct to boot service at Woolworths Woodvale. 2 out of 3 times, there were at least 2 items not supplied. Today, after my husband went to pick up my order from the bay, he had to go into the store for following 2 items. He found both of them sitting so obviously on the shelf, however, my order picker claimed they were out of stock! Shopped at your store Saturday 27th and bought what I thought were freshly baked rolls all to find when I got home and went to use them, they had mould on them. I checked the sticker and it said was baked at 5.55am 27/12. I wasn’t very happy as once again the so called FRESH FOOD PEOPLE are not fresh and clearly not baked in store. I found the same when I was shopping their on Monday 22nd Dec, all the meat I wanted to buy for the week had a use by date of 25/12, I expect mince to have more than a 3 day expiration date on it,... read more
