Good customer service experienced
My son was injured by the automatic security gate near the self-service checkout at Elgins Woolworths today. As he was exiting, the gate shut abruptly and struck his kneecap, causing pain and distress. While I understand the need for security measures, the design and timing of this gate appear unsafe especially for children.
