Dear Woolworths, I don’t usually write in to complain, but today’s delivery driver specifically asked me to, so here I am. Blame him. I received my order today, everything I ordered was there, no missing items, no mysterious substitutions, so great job on that. But what did surprise me was the inclusion of… an empty bag. A gift? I got the products I needed that my local Woolorths did not supply. I went on the App and found what I needed !! Perfect
Just had my order delivered but it wasn't my order! Rang customer care line and can't get my order delivered until tomorrow and that's unsuitable for me. Have people coming to dinner and have nothing to feed them. I'm beyond furious! NO NAMES ON BAGS ANYMORE. Orders are placed in bins in back of truck with individual names. I really don't like the layout and very stale. Woolworths need to step up and give customers a better experience. It's not like they are cheap!
