Rude staff. I will be filing an official complaint with head office. The old lady that was manning the self checkout at 7pm 22nd June 2026 needs some customer training. When a customer makes a mistake, dont ever yell "no" at them again in that condescending manner. Do not hover over the back consistently their back watching their move like im about to commit crimes.
