My last 2 end of month shops in Oct & Nov 24 both failed to have my 10% discount applied. This constant customer service disaster has me seriously reconsidering my choice of grocery store of preference especially when considering the constant availability of high priced brands on the shelves in comparison to the more economical and healthier alternatives 🤔.
