We have Woolworths insurance and get a 10% discount once a month . We went shopping at Westlands yesterday and spent $437 and asked for our discount after scanning our rewards card . The woman on checkout didn’t seem to know what to do and told us we don’t get a discount . We asked her to check again but she insisted we didn’t . So that cost us $43 more than it should have .
