I like it local store.
Excellent local shopping center. Ample parking without the maddening crowds of the bigger shopping centers in the area. Staff are friendly, curtious and offering excellent customer service.
Worker ( Kelly) is always rude and judgy looking. Literally whenever me and my friend are there, she has this dusgusted look on her face ( we are often buying as we live 3 min away). Today she crossed her limits. we were checking out in different checkouts. I had plenty of things but my friend only had a raw-c coconut water. just the moment she completed checkout the lady started wiping of the checkout with a wipe as if she was filthy. I am writing to raise a concern about a staff member named Kelly, a lady with glasses, regarding her conduct while at work. During my interaction with her, I found her attitude to be unprofessional and inappropriate. Personal issues should not be brought into the workplace, especially when dealing with customers. When representing Woolworths, staff are expected to remain courteous, respectful, and focused on their role.
