The old lady who is working in the checkout today is really impolite. She was asking to check the products in our trolley which is reasonable. But we purchased them on the Asian market without asking for receipt. After we explained to her, she rolled her eyes and ignored us. I can understand the bag check policy but it should go in a polite way and NOT assuming all customers are thefts in advance. The worst shopping experience ever in Woollies. Wouldn’t come to this shop again. Worker name is with glasses Kelly ..
Why this store have lazy workers. Things falling on floor and no body is keeping it back. Saw a worker Kelly walking pass the shelves and did not pick up. You are paid to do your job. ?..
Very good 👍
