Don't come here all that often As it can get really busy, But on my visits, the store has been clean, And I have never had any customer service Not even a Greeting or a Good-Bey at the self-service It just makes it seem like the staff are unfriendly
I visited Woolworths Wetherill Park at 21:09 and needed assistance at the register . I asked a staff member for help, but was told, “There’s no one to help you bc we after evening hous only self-checkout .”and we know that must be in register during the hours I found this really disappointing, customers should still be able to get support when needed—especially at register where some oldest people or some don't have knowledge to technology . Hygiene issue.
Today I got discriminated against, firstly I bought a Thomas and friends train set for my son at big W then I went to Woolworths to buy some ice scream at the self service check out. While I was in the middle of my purchase the Woolworths employee asked to see a receipt for the train set. Woolworths clearly doesn't sell it in their grocery store. I tried to explain this and she said she doesn't know what toys they sell. The Woolworths toys haven't changed the whole time my son has been alive. What if I threw that receipt out... read more
