This Woolies is very poorly managed. During the busiest Saturday afternoon shopping hours, staff only started restocking items that should have been done earlier. Even with heavy customer traffic, there were people mopping the floor, which created safety and shopping concerns. Staff were just walking around when the store was crowded, showing no clear division of work or order. Overall, it felt very unprofessional.
Ordered direct to door shopping. Woolworths has outsources deliveries to uber… great. My entire order was mixed up and I received someone’s shopping. Over $200 spent and I am now left with out shopping for the week. Upon calling the store no help was offered but to call up and wait on hold forever while battling AI to try and talk to a real person. Terrible experience will be looking into Cole’s click and collect
