I recently started shopping at this Woolworths and have had constant issues with their Direct to Boot service. 90% of the time I go to collect an order, it’s either not ready to be picked up or it is ready and the staff don’t bring it to the pickup area. When I head up to collect the groceries myself, it’s not communicated how long I’ll be waiting by the staff either.
