I am a frequent visitor of Woolworths as I do most of my shopping there and love all the staff as they are always helpful and friendly, however, I am appalled by my last visit and had a very disappointing experience. I was helped by a staff member by the name of Rachel, and unfortunately, their attitude was extremely unprofessional. I was shopping just the other day when a lady names Racheal i believe she is the store manager. She was really rude and not just to me as a customer, but also the staff around her she seemed very pushy and talking down to people very smart-assy and i don't appreciate that type of behavior. when i asked some of the other employees about this lady they said she has been very hard to work with and made many people want to quit. please do something about this woolies!!!
