I am extremely disappointed in the way the store manager (Rachel) basically ignored my complaint. All I got was Yeah yeah yeah. Secondly, my husband went to get a rain check and she said to the other worker oh here we go. Really. That is extremely rude. Her customer service is disgusting! There were no trolleys in the store or even in the bays outside. I had to follow the trolley guy because store policy is that he can't give them out. He had 7 trolleys with 3 people following him. I do my shopping here nearly every Saturday and most of the time it’s the same lady at the self service, she is lovely, very polite and helpful. Today while checking out I heard her getting reprimanded very loudly in front of a lot of customers by another worker how wasn’t even working that day. The poor lady was clearly embarrassed and was trying to keep working while being told off.
