I am extremely disappointed in the way the store manager (Rachel) basically ignored my complaint. All I got was Yeah yeah yeah. Secondly, my husband went to get a rain check and she said to the other worker oh here we go. Really. That is extremely rude. Her customer service is disgusting! There were no trolleys in the store or even in the bays outside. I had to follow the trolley guy because store policy is that he can't give them out. He had 7 trolleys with 3 people following him.
