Small but nice
As a delivery driver, my experience with the staff at Woolworths wellard has been very disappointing. The service is extremely unprofessional and uncooperative. Whenever I arrive to pick up an order, the staff either ignores me or makes me wait unnecessarily, even when they are not busy. There is a clear lack of communication and respect towards delivery drivers. Hi team, I just wanted to know that today at 11:30am there is one lady working at uber order department she is very rude and her attitude towards customers is very bad. Every time whenever I am picking up my order she started yelling on me saying bring your trolley from outside even near me there was one trolley which was empty so I picked up that once’s she told me don’t pick this trolley from here she started arguing with me and shouting at me later on she started laughing at the back counter. The customer service is truly awful here. I endured a half hour wait just to pick up my click and collect order 😠. There was no one available to assist, making it a complete waste of time. 😤👎
