I will never come to this branch again. I bought a wrap on August 25, but when I was about to eat it, I realized the expiry date was listed as August 20, 2025. I don’t want to waste my time refund or replace something like this. On top of that, they don’t update the “half price” labels on the shelves—you have to ask the staff, and even they don’t know, then just tell you to check with the cashier. I purchased 4 gift cards at Woolworths, but it turned out to be completely unusable. When I reported the issue, I only received an email telling me to contact the card issuer. I have been following up with the issuer for over a month, yet they keep blaming me. Woolworths, where I actually bought the card, refuses to take any responsibility or protect customers’ rights. Found a few products that were out of date: the nuts were dated 11/3/25 which were 3 months+ out of date, while the onions were 2 days off. I couldn't even find a staff member at the produce area.
