Always shop at this store. Staff are always so helpful and friendly, particularly Matt at the service counter. The choice of products is great and if you can't find anything, someone will always check out back. A pleasure to shop there.

Purchase 5 Gift card from woolworths Waverley Gardens early of August 1 of $500 gift card turn out unusable also didn't receive the bonus point i should get . It very simple understand gift card have a problem but they reject the refund . Let me contacts TNC both parties are play around reject my reason so disappointed I lost $500 for nothing with this souloution. Very bad experience i ever had .
This review is based on the customer service received at this store. Visited on a Wednesday morning store was not overly busy. I waited in line at the cash register with a full trolley and two young kids. Because of the kids I thought it would make things easier by having a person ring up my shopping. While waiting in line the staff franticly slammed on the bell and told the customer in front of me that there are lots of people waiting and she can't handle.
