Incredibly rude middle aged angry staff member that goes by the name of HELEN was working at the self serve today and thought she would point out where to place my trolley! Abruptly continued to tell me that was the reason she had acquired the injury to her arm which looked like a oven burn! From people not doing so! She continued to interrogate me the whole way through... and also asked me if I had a problem with t he way she spoke to me. I have been shopping at this branch for over 35 years. They have never let me down on quality, fair price's or a really friendly atmosphere. They have NOW let me down on their home deliveries. I don't know why they stopped but it has me going to Aldi, now. No home delivery has cost them a long term customer. It puts alot of the older community in a jam and makes people go elsewhere for better prices and ok service.
