Great service
A lady named Lata didn't do her job well. When the item scanned wrong didn't apply the scan policy and just refunded the gap. When enquire about it after seeing their scan policy stuck down at the customer service.she just brought up some other excuses . No point of asking her. When she done it other cant revise it back as she is their work mate. Be aware when you go to this lady.
Why would you offer service when there is no one “qualified” to do that task on shift? I went over to the deli to get some steak cut and as per usual there was no one at that counter so I wandered over to the poultry/seafood side (as the sign said) to get some assistance and the lady I spoke too said that there was no butcher available today to cut any of the steaks, I said that’s fine and if I can just get one of the pre-cut steaks sitting there instead and she said no because there was no one qualified on shift to distribu... read more
Deli doesn't sell Geelong Ham, its the best ham around and they don't have it. Managers should be ashamed of themselves.
