Terrible sevice both 2 rotten salads and was told to bring them back and I might get a refund. That was told to me by your very rude supervisor over the phone and then hung up when I was asking a question. Disgusted with your staff at the moment
Today I had another great experience at Woolworths Watervale. Briana from the bakery went above and beyond to help me with a gluten-free cake. She checked the stock, put one aside for me, and made sure I could come in within a few minutes to collect it. Really appreciate her kindness and excellent customer service! ⭐
