Today 01/02/2025 was at self check out. Firstly the lady, your staff member who was assisting costomers was impolite and rude when she told me that machine 3 is available. I called her 3 to 4 times for assistance then she came ,she kept ignoring me.When she came she told me to you havebl to pay by cash ,i said to her i only got card i have no cash ,i told her that you should have told me thst this machine is only cash ,she told in a Rude Rude way than press card . Considering all the profits these supermarkets make and they can’t man the checkouts! There are literally 20 people waiting with trolleys to pay… disgraceful!! Should be ashamed
Product choice is ok so 2 stars Customer service at self checkout today was odd, I was paying for my items when I was asked for a bag check. I dropped my bag to the floor as I could not hold the bag open as I was using my hand/credit card to pay. Staff member walked away and did not check the bag. Legally, if there was anything in the back you have to ensure the shopper has had the opportunity to pay for it. That is the difference between shopping and stealing. Reasonable sized store. Clean and tidy when I have been there. Location is good within the shopping centre. Good customer service too.
