Bailey- what a complete gentleman, he took my shopping basket off my arm as he saw it was heavy and then offered his own powerbank when my phones battery was dying so I could use it to pay for my groceries as I hadn't bought my card with me. Went above and beyond and That's old school customer service from someone who has been raised well. He is an assett to your store.

Today 01/02/2025 was at self check out. Firstly the lady, your staff member who was assisting costomers was impolite and rude when she told me that machine 3 is available. I called her 3 to 4 times for assistance then she came ,she kept ignoring me.When she came she told me to you havebl to pay by cash ,i said to her i only got card i have no cash ,i told her that you should have told me thst this machine is only cash ,she told in a Rude Rude way than press card .
