Very disappointing customer service experience at Woolworths Watergardens (9 August) at around 1:45 pm. I politely asked one of the lady she could open a trolley for me, as I didn’t have a coin. Instead of explaining it nicely, she responded in a very rude and dismissive way, saying, “We don’t have a key. You need a coin” then she walk away! I understand that a coin is required to unlock the trolley, but I was simply asking for assistance and felt that I could have been spoken to much more respectfully. We must acknowledge great service when we experience it and we love coming to this store for that reason. We always use the self checkout area and despite it always being busy, the staff are always friendly and happy to help. Emma and Shah always greet us with a smile and are genuinely happy to see us return to the store. The manager of this area is doing a great job with the team! Thanks for the great experience.

Absolutely disgusting team of staff, I was scanning my shopping and it didnt register an item so the alert went off, i waited for worker and she fixed it, she then wejt to help someone else but within munutes another female staff member came to me quite passively aggressive attacking me at checkout telling me my pram is filled with stolen items and I must let them check I had 3 team members surrounding me and my baby for them to check my pram, i had already verbally told them it wasnt from their store and to check the camera... read more

Worst service ever they paid me again all the stuff which I bought some time back from them . Just bcs I again went in to grab something else ridiculous never going to come back again .
