It was a really awful morning at Woolworths. Every time I go through the checkout, Elizabeth checks my bag when I walk past. I’m a regular local customer, yet she seems to check only my bag and not anyone else’s. I find this very offensive because it feels targeted towards me because of my ethnicity. As a result, I don’t want to support Woolworths Warriewood anymore. I felt like I was treated as if I had done something wrong, even though I had given no reason for suspicion.

Very disappointing experience. This morning (30/05/2026) I asked a male staff member to top up my Opal card by $50. He seemed confused, asked if I meant “5 and 0”, and never scanned the Opal barcode. The $50 top-up was not processed. Fortunately, the female staff member in the evening was very helpful and explained that I should receive the orange receipt as confirmation. Staff handling Opal top-ups should be properly trained. One star for the male staff member.
They should really do something about people parking in the pick up bay. A lady with a disabled sticker has parked there, and there are 3 disabled spots free.. cmon centre management.
