This incident occured at around 11:30am on Wednesday the 16th of July 2025. Would like to share an unpleasant encounter I had with the woman monitoring the self service checkout. Today my friends and I went into the Woolies to try and surprise our mate that works there. We went in and looked around for him but were unsuccessful. This Woolies is on the medium sized scale compared to several of the others. This Woolies stock is far more limited than the others . As does the lay out The layout does take a little while to get used to especially as they have a gap in the middle which can confuse some shoppers. Absolutely trash of a place
I have been disappointed at my local woolworths of late. Empty shelves and the place just a mess.
I had an awful experience with a Woolies staff member responsible for returning trolleys today 27th Dec 2024. He couldn’t even speak proper English, yet he rudely ordered me to return a trolley to the store myself. He should focus on doing his own job instead of acting like he’s part of the management team! I am not your employee! This was disgusting and disrespectful behavior. I won’t be coming back to this Woolies again.
