Only received half my shop. Had to wait another 40 mins to get the rest delivered. Missing items is a constant. Pic below is half of my shop today. Saying sorry and a measly $20 voucher doesn’t make up for constant mistakes.
This ratings is for Direct to Boot collection. The notification is received via the app that the order is ready to pick up. When you arrive, the 8 bays allocated for pick up are full and the lines waiting for a bay is 3-5 cars backed up. Finally get in a bay, notify via the app your number and then it gives you an estimated time for handover… 15mins. So after waiting what felt like 10mins already since you arrived, add on another 12 mins for hand over once parked. I might as well just go in a do shopping at this point. This ... read more
Worse Woolworths I ever seen in my life . I waited 45 minutes on loading dock just to deliver something I pressed the honk button so many times for assistant .staffs are moving in front of me but no one even responded to me.
As long as you dont get the miserable grey curly haired woman on self serve..couldnt be more unhelpful or unfriendly or unprofessional either.
