they never open the gate of loading dock and im waiting daily for 30 min worst experience
Great range, but poor management - after going round putting things in my basket for 30 minutes (as new to the store), I put basket on the ground to grab something at the other end of the aisle and basket was gone - the manager had picked it up (as it was a tripping hazard) and returned all my items to shelf - but only found this out after the lovely customer service staff tried to contact him over 15mins and he never showed his face, sent his assistant manager who was incredibly rude and just said it was my fault. There is a lady that works the self serve registers, not sure her name yet but she is a bigger lady maybe islander or New Zealand well she is very rude grumpy, nearly ran into me pushing something around the corner has the audacity to give me a dirty look even though I said sorry and it was her fault she needs training in customer service and to be respectful not so angry with people. Don’t think she has been there very long. Smile lady and slow down.
Direct to boot is way understaffed lined up cars bays full and no workers last time I do this and now that the big IGA near me has plastic bags again I am done with Woolworths.
