My Nanna had a lovely experience at Woolies Warnbro today. She wrote on her Facebook and wanted me to share: ”I need to get this shared as much as possible. I have been transitioning from coles to Woolworths until Friday, I popped in for a few groceries and some fresh rolls!!!!! I asked the lady in bakery where all the bread and rolls were and she said there were none as the baker had been sick... now this Woolworths is surrounded by atleast 4 other Woolworths stores all within maybe a 10km radius and I can not believe that a baker could not come from another Woolworths for a few hours to knock up some bread or rolls, seriously where is the management!!!! How come your staff can't even go do a product check when they're walking around everywhere and it's not like they work registers anymore? Prices go up and service gets worse. I for one am getting sick of it
My partner and I came in and we had an enquiry and we tried to ask a staff member a question about an item and she walked off with her hands in the air and yelled something as she walked away I get it is late in the afternoon but it is no excuse for rudeness I won't be shopping there again for sure
