Woolwors 'rilla strikes again! What an absolute dump of a store. You always have to remember to check the use by date on everything you pick up. Too many times out of date food is on the shelves. The most recent was a dairy item out by 4 weeks, stupid me didn't check it first, only when I got home and felt like eating it discovered how far out of date it is. The trolleys are woeful. Click and collect at the store is terrible. They take forever to bring it out to me often over half an hour and they are usually missing items.

Checkout staff are very friendly and do their best in the situation but they only have 1 checkout open most of the time and because the old people dont or cant use self serve they are the ones lining up with their walking frames while all the young tech savy people dont wait at all. With all the profits they make through constant price gouging surely they could afford to put one more person on a fekkn checkout.

Placed a delivery now order over 2 hours ago. The order didn’t move from “preparing handing” for over 45 minutes, in which time we waited on hold with customer service for them to tell me the store notified them that they decided to close at 7pm and would not be proceeding with the order anymore. No courtesy message or call from the store notifying us of this. I had to ask for a refund to be manually put through.
