They have changed they have improved there services specially being helpfull x some are friendly but they are human i like to shop there now
I had a very disappointing experience with the Uber delivery pickup service at Woolworths Warilla. The staff's attitude was unprofessional and not helpful. I had to wait 25–30 minutes to collect the order, which caused an unnecessary delay. There is a sign that says, "Please ring the bell," but even after ringing the bell, no one came to assist me. The pickup process needs significant improvement, and the customer service should be more responsive and respectful of drivers' time.
Just want to say having 1 register open is ridiculous, all prices keep going up, and only 1 open. Woolworths we are what keeps you in business, look after your customer's.
As for the current moment in time, I'll give 5 stars Just wanted to give a shout-out to Ivy who works at Warilla Woolworths! I think people are very used to being busy and get impatient when things aren't efficient. Especially when it comes to people who are scanning your items; people expect these workers to be incredibly fast paced and don't want to take up as much time so people can get onto their lives. Went to Woolies with my dad today and we had a bag from Aldi closed so the self-serve checkout machines don’t register the shopping and have to call an attendant over. This worker only walked over to us and said is that an empty bag or have you done some shopping and we replied yes we went to Aldi and she asked us to open the bag. There were other shoppers there with bags in their trollies and we were the only ones asked.
