Half of the duopoly that enjoys over inflated prices delivering massive profits to their shareholders at the detriment of consumers. Store staff are friendly though, so there’s that.
Didn't manage to get the name of the older lady on the service desk around 8:30am today but I was very taken aback by how clearly comfortable she was being so rude, unprovoked. Nothing wrong with letting me know you don't usually exchanges notes for smaller ones, I was very understanding of that. I didn't know that wasn't normal as I've done it several times there with no problems.
