Staff need retraining on human decency and treating people with respect. A senior citizen asking for bags to be packed lighter (you know, cos heavy bags become a problem as you age) and being told they are overthinking it, spoken over, disregarded and ignored isn't a good look. Judging by some of the other reviews seems to be from management down in this joint.
Bought Dr Beckmann glowhite ultra whitener. I bought a jacket that was supposed to be white but it arrived ivory.. not happy. Used this and it was amazing my denim jacket is perfect white. So thrilled and highly recommend
