Staff at checkout tonight were extremely rude. Made me feel like I did something wrong when I simply needed their help. Machine said I couldn’t get more than 2 packs of Panadol which was completely fine. I didn’t know this. They then started trying to take off the items I was allowed to purchase. They escalated the situation when I simply needed them to let me continue with my other purchases. Woolworths is my go-to supermarket for everyday groceries. The stores are usually clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate. I like how fresh the produce is and the wide variety of brands available, especially in the snack and frozen sections. Self-checkout is convenient and staff are helpful when needed. Prices are reasonable, and there are often good specials if you keep an eye out. It’s reliable, consistent, and makes weekly shopping pretty stress-free.
Everyone is polite, friendly and absolutely helpful. We go Wednesday's and the people who work there are absolutely fantastic.
Slightly cheaper than the other Woolworths nearby. Staff tend to be always happy to help here. Amazing service
