Bad customer service
Despite some of the negative reviews, I've only ever had positive experiences at this store and have been coming here for years. Retail can be a tough job, particularly when dealing with the public every day. Customers are absolutely entitled to raise concerns when necessary, but staff should still be treated with common courtesy and respect. I go here for the items I can't find at the nearby 'Aldi'.
Always has the BEST produce section. Whoever is the manager of this section in Underwood woollies is doing a fabulous job. I go out of my way to shop here because the fruit and vegetables look so fresh!
