I dealt with the worst customer service person. I bought something by mistake and wanted to exchange it. I have no problem not returning it due to their policy, but the way they handled it was extremely bad.
Lot's of rubbish in the lamb 🙄 Very disappointined
Why are the customer service staff in this store so rude and judgmental? What is their problem? If they don’t want to service customers and do their job, then they should be sacked and replaced with staff who are willing to do their jobs. Fix your attitudes and service the customers who pay you.
