Bad customer service
Despite some of the negative reviews, I've only ever had positive experiences at this store and have been coming here for years. Retail can be a tough job, particularly when dealing with the public every day. Customers are absolutely entitled to raise concerns when necessary, but staff should still be treated with common courtesy and respect.
