Experience with the Woolworths Tweed Heads deli lady who shook her head at me (three times) as I asked her about whether she left the chunky “butt end” bit of the shaved ham from the display bowl, out of my request, at 5pm 13 May. I just want shaved ham! I’ve never had the privilege of having my specific request treated with such dramatic contempt at the deli. I am just a nobody customer. But yes I am the customer.
