Had a terrible experience at Woolworths. I was accused of not paying even though I put in a $10 and $20 note — the $10 ripped and the machine stopped working. Staff made us wait ages for a key they couldn’t find and acted like we were stealing. When another worker came down and I explained what happened, he understood and let us leave. Really disappointing and unprofessional.
