I just had shopping today there in Tuggerah mall in woolworth , the cashier in the first lane fast lane was rude all we want is a receipt for us to show in coles ot Aldi as they ask for receipt woolworth is rude and not happy to give teciept to customer simple as that just to give out …but rude not happy with their customer service with the cashier being dominant she shpulf not work there open her own bussiness shes full of attitude bad name for woolies there not accomodating when we go she laughs bad woolies servicr 👎👎👎�... read more
I have a bad experience with this branch. I asked for a recharge voucher for my phone and the staff on duty gave me a recharge data pack instead. I was not able to make any calls or send msgs. When I went back and pointed out the error I was told they don't refund vouchers and had to buy another recharge for my phone. So it cost me double to recharge my phone here with no apology or compensation whatsoever.
Looking for a specific product asked a young gentleman named Jarrod. He was most obliging and helpful……..,, and he was off duty (I did ask). Thanks Jarrod awesome
Actually I want to give minus star but no option....worst staff and worst management.....Woolworth management required attention for tuggernaung branch....before it to late .
