I had a disappointing experience with one of your pick packers — an older lady with brown hair working with an online order trolley. Her trolley was positioned directly across the aisle, and despite seeing us walking toward the end of the aisle, she made no effort to move it or allow customers to pass. This made shopping difficult, especially with children. I understand staff are busy fulfilling orders, but customer awareness and keeping aisles accessible should be part of staff training. I was served my the Beautiful Rhianna today. She was an absolute blessing on a crazy day. She was kind and patient, I can imagine working this time of year with “fun” customers can be challenging but she trumped it with her lovely service. Thank You, Rhianna, you’re stunning inside and out! 🤍🙏🏻🕊️
bought 24 coke on special $28 got home found they had charged me $41.90, when went back to store staff member said we cant refund can only give store credit as you paid with cash ?
