This store has a rude old lady who, just before closing time, rudely grabbed items from a customer who was scanning them and scanned them herself. When the self-checkout machine malfunctioned and required assistance, she pretended to be busy adjusting her clothes instead of providing help. My friend and I were extremely shocked by her behavior. We would also like to thank a male staff member who promptly solved the problem for us and helped us switch to a working checkout machine.
