whoever runs the Toowoomba Grand Central Woolworths needs to be fired. 1 person on the checkouts and hundreds of customers instore, its a nightmare. You people are despicable. Stop trying to force customers through the self serve and do some real customer service instead of getting customers to do your job for you

always un-stocked and so many empty boxes scattered throughout the aisles, employees are always busy talking amongst each other rather than helping customers.
