The store looked great during my visit and was very well presented. Overall a good experience, though there’s still some room for improvement at the front end.
I was very disappointed today when picking veg from the shelves today. Two pickers had their trollies lined up in front of the 3 items I needed to pick. I said excuse me (while they were looking at something on a phone) and they moved but did not move the trollies. I hovered and had to manoeuvre my way in twice. Please ensure staff picking are not obstructing customers on their visit. Hate complaining but I was genuinely disappointed that this was not a priority for them, to keep trolleys away from blocking patrons.
