Awful service. I have now ordered click and collect twice and my order has been delayed over two hours each time. Once arrived to collect my orders, we have had to wait for over half an hour for them to come out or they have just marked our order as collected without calling our name. If you can’t fulfill all your click and collect orders or you don’t have the staff then reduce the number of orders you take each day or hire more staff.
Really good Woolies. Large range of products. Other good shops in centre including a large OMG variety store. Parking on top level a bit of a nightmare when it's busy, one way only and a bit tight to get onto parking spaces. Very large parking area underneath centre, undercover, with plenty of space usually, and easy access to escalator and click and collect bays.
