My click and collect orders are wrong more often than they are right to the point it’s hardly worth using. There is nowhere to directly provide this feedback. Staff are generally clueless as to how to fix errors.

There's only 2 self-serve checkouts accepting cash. When I was there only 2 staff on the checkouts. Express checkouts were empty and unattended whilst about 10 people waited. 2 Woolworths staff talking tripe at the customer service area and another stacking drinks instead of serving. Not coming back
