Self service checkout a disgrace. Staff target people unnecessarily One older female staff member extremely rude to customers and fellow staff. She has been working at this store for years and should know better

I am a regular customer on Thursday at Woolworths Toorak Village and I make a point of going to one particular check out as the woman who is the operator is always friendly and helpful. I do not know her name but she wears glasses and has long blonde hair. She is an excellent example of good customer relations. With thanks.
