You now need coins for the trolleys here - which disappeared years ago! So that's sad. Also, the fruit here isn't very fresh, and I have found mouldy fruit multiple times. One time I dropped by raspberries over the floor, then I picked them up and noticed the mould. I showed it to a staff member and she quickly grabbed it, hushed me and told me to go grab another punnet lol! Customer care is not satisfactory. Food cans are not damaged like some other Woolworths. update 2025: Customer care is on steep decline. Express counter is almost permanently closed. Customers are forced to go through self checkouts as the counters are mostly closed. Any counter that is open is staffed by slowest staffs. My recommendation is to avoid this store. It looks like going in the same direction, the Pendle Hill Woolworths went, and eventually closed down.
