Horrible Service here after I scanned my stuff from the self checkout they don't even say Have a good night they just keep talking to each other about stuff and look at me I'm gonna go to Coles thurgonna now as they are much nice and welcoming there
Rude staff member on checkout
Rude and unhelpful male staff member in self serve checkout at 9pm. Standing around, offers no assistance when a customers bag breaks with items going all over floor and completely ignores customer when being spoken to. Then refuses to dispose of the broken bag and pointing to a small bin while the customer clearly has their hands full. Customer service isn’t his strong suit clearly.
