The customer service manager here used to be excellent but I think he's left now and things have gone downhill with click n collect attendants refusing load to groceries in the car without any valid reason, bags poorly packed with dated eggs and squashed bread and milk also common occurrences. With Coles opening next door soon the poor service couldn't come at a worse time.
Lovely service. Heaps of gluten free options.
