Recently started shopping here instead of the Mentone Woolworths. It’s been the best move as the service is always excellent, great to interact with the wonderful girls and guys on the manned checkouts. Big thanks to Bam, he is so helpful and his customer service is excellent. Aman who helped me at the service desk was very helpful and again excellent customer service. More Woolworths should be like this.

Almost everything you need from a supermarket is here. Staff are friendly and always happy to have a quick chat at the checkout. Discounted bakery items, (breads, pastries etc), are usually available late in the evening as they clear the shelves for the next day.

Woolworths is selling products that falsely claim to be “Made in Australia.” We visited the factory address printed on the Tofu Cat Litter Australia packaging — it’s completely empty. No workers, no machines, no production at all. So how exactly is this “Australian made”? With air? The only activity there is unloading finished goods from Chinese shipping containers. Nothing is produced locally. This is clear consumer deception. Woolworths should remove these fake “Made in Australia” products immediately.

I’d like to see more of the outside leaves of the lettuce left on ! These are good and better even than the inside compact part , sure you fit far less on the shelf and people make a mess but I buy 1 lettuce it says and I don’t get 1 lettuce now do I .
