Terrible customer service at the self check out counter. Visited this Woolies today at 2.00 pm. At the self check out counter where there arec12 customers there seems to be only 1 employee - who was stressed and didnt not want to help 3 stranded customers saying, she was serving another customer. How can one person be allocated to a busy self check out counter? I had to go to other counter and ask them to page. A wsit for 12 minutes is irrational. Terrible customer service and no accountability Never visiting this Woolies
