I recently went to Woolies to buy a heater fan, but unfortunately it didn’t work as expected. It had a strange burning smell from the beginning, and when I tried to return it, I was told they couldn’t accept returns on electrical products. I found this really disappointing — both the product and the way the situation was handled. Specials often not restocked, pretty average service and range here.
What has happened to this once excellent store? It is now short of stock, selection choices have been reduced and the shelves are unkept and messy. Is the store about to close or is there a better explanation. As a follow on from the above review - I purchased a tub of tomatoes yesterday 11 May 2025 and when I opened them the top tomatoes were nice and fresh but the layer below was throwaway tomatoes. What has Woolworths come to??!!
