Brought my groceries though self serve and went to the register to get cash out so I didn't hold up the line. The refused and tried to pressure me into buying something more.

I recently bought a pack of eggs from this Woolworths store. After a few days, I noticed that a couple of the eggs felt very light, and when I checked, they were for sure empty (meaning no yolk or egg white inside). A few days later, I went back to the store to report this quality issue and handed the faulty eggs, along with the package to a staff member.
