I recently bought a pack of eggs from this Woolworths store. After a few days, I noticed that a couple of the eggs felt very light, and when I checked, they were for sure empty (meaning no yolk or egg white inside). A few days later, I went back to the store to report this quality issue and handed the faulty eggs, along with the package to a staff member. Extremely rude staff members night of 21st August, David and another guy, big guy black hair, I said I would have go to Coles to get some assistance and he replied that would be a good idea, we just moved to lower templestowe within walking distance of woolies but will never go there again, fruit and vegetables are very poor.

This afternoon, I had a terrible experience at the Lower Templestowe WOOLWORTHS. After I finished shopping, I exited the store to find my husband's car. A store employee approached me and stated, "Your payment didn't go through, and you have to give back your items and process them again." I was certain it had processed, and the receipt had printed, which I had discarded in the bin. It's in a good location for local shopping but parking is getting to be more difficult and the loading dock is also starting to hold up traffic. The supermarket is also currently undergoing work so half of what I needed is unavailable at the moment. I'm unsure what work is being undertaken, as I was unable to see any signs, but I can only assume it will be to make improvements.
