Very awful shopping experience; the staff does not care if a child cries, and they are stuck on a frigid policy, only 70 cents shy of free Lego sets. Avoid any promotions.

Very good experience, surprisingly they have sushi and Asian food in the store, clean and neat, and all the staff are very helpful when asking for help on those half price items, they will do the stock check, even get into the back to grab me the products, they are very patience and nice. Also the checkout kiosks are spacious enough, lots of parking slot and never run out of carts

As of today 5th Feb 2026 I am never shopping at this Woolworths again the staff member who was female with glasses in the self checkout section let another customer push in then that customer verbally abused me and my mum and then the staff member let her go before us and she said we should all be waiting in line like it was our fault and this made my mum distraught and unhappy. Absolute joke to be called the fresh food people – the produce in this store is absolutely terrible, fruit and vegetables not even close to being fresh. What a terrible example of Woolworths. No one reads reviews of supermarkets because we all need to eat, and we shop where it’s convenient. But I hope someone that makes decisions looks to improve this store. For now, I won’t be back.
