I was treated appallingly by a staff member named Cleo during a simple attempt to get a trolley. Despite explaining myself, she repeatedly and publicly accused me of stealing, followed me through the store, and spoke about me to other staff while I continued shopping. Her behaviour was judgemental, profiling, and completely humiliating. This was blatant misconduct, and I expect Cleo to be held accountable by management.
